Pre-order?

Publications that have not been released yet are available for pre-order. When you pre-order a publication you go through the order process and pay for the full order at checkout. The order will be send out as soon as the publication becomes available.

The publication date for the book I pre-ordered has passed and I have not received my order, how is this possible?

Please note there is a possibility of delayed publication, the availability dates indicated are not always guaranteed. We do our best to make the publication dates as accurate as possible.

How does the ordering process work?

First order

If you are ordering on our website for the first time you will be asked to register, this registration only takes two minutes.

The next time you order you can log in using your e-mail address and personal password.

Is it possible to order multiple books at the same time?
Yes! You can order both multiple copies of the same book or different books at the same time.

Can I order a book that is for pre-order and an already available publication at the same time?
Yes! Do note that your order will not be shipped out until both publications are availabe.

What information will I receive?
When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail, this confirmation gives you an overview of both the cost and content of the order. An invoice will be sent by email a few days after you have placed your order.

What are the payment methods on your website?

On our website you can pay using the following methods: Bancontact, Creditcard, KBC/CBC Pay button, Belfius Pay button,  iDEAL

There is a problem with my delivery or billing address, what should I do?
If you made a mistake filling in your address or have moved you can easily change your address in your account. If you have an ongoing order that needs changing the address please contact our customer service, they will be able to see if an address change is still possible and act accordingly.

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
At the bottom of every page you can fill in your e-mail address to sign up. After filling out your e-mail address you will be able to choose which newsletters you want to receive.
